FAQ

What if I have never painted in my life?

No Experience, No Problem! You will be amazed at the creativity you possess inside.  We are here to walk you through, step-by-step, how to paint- including how to hold a brush, which ones to use, how to mix paint, etc.

Should I Sign Up Before The Class?

For public events, yes- please register through our calendar to ensure a spot in the class and so proper materials can be pre-arranged.

Do I need to Paint What The Instructor Paints?

NO! That is the beauty of creativity. If you wish to pay for a class and have 2-3 hours of paint time with all materials included, be our guest! In fact, we love seeing other people’s creativity shine.

What Is Included In The Price?

Canvas, Easel, Brushes, Apron, Paint, 2-3 hours of professional instruction, great music, excellent vibes.

What Forms Of Payment?

We accept credit card and paypal via our booking system.

Cancellation Policy?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for a full refund.  Please make by email ONLY. A cancellation under 48 hours will not be entitled to a refund, however, will be entitled to a credit towards one future class. If you are unable to attend the class and we don’t hear from you, we will be unable to provide a credit once the class has passed.

What kind of Paint?

We use only non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints.

What Should I Wear?

Although we use water-based paint and supply an apron, it’s usually a good idea to wear something you would not mind getting paint on - just to be safe. Any kind of dried paint is difficult to get out of clothing.

When To Arrive?

Public classes run 2-3 hours. It is best to arrive 15 minutes before start to have enough time to check-in, grab a seat and a cocktail! You can also choose to come in earlier to enjoy a focused dinner before we start.

Can I bring children?

Paint The Town classes are held in pro-alcohol venues for a mature audience. We would appreciate it if you did not bring your children to the event out of respect for the other participants.

May I bring a non-painting guest to the event?

Unfortunately, our classes are usually sold out to capacity and therefore we cannot provide seating for un-registered guests. We do sometimes have room for walk-in guests that can pay at the door, however, this is not guaranteed.
